KAIUT - Order & Delivery information


  1. Order can be placed online or by phone or email.

  2. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including the recipient’s name, address, and phone number.

  3. The customer may need to provide additional documentation, such as customs declarations or export licenses, depending on the destination country and the nature of the products being shipped.

  4. Payment can be made by Pay-Pal or bank transfer. (Possibility to use credit card coming soon).

  5. Kaiut will take care of all shipping costs and possible customs costs to countries on our regular deliveries list.


  1. The delivery time will depend on crafting time, destination country and the size and weigh of the package. Average delivery time is 4-8 weeks from order.

  2. Kaiut makes deliveries mainly to countries where DHL delivery is possible – at the moment we are not delivering to Russia, Belarus or Ukraine due to the current saddening events. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

  3. The customer is responsible for paying any customs duties or taxes that may be imposed by the destination country.

  4. The customer should be aware that shipping delays and other issues can arise due to factors beyond the control of the shipping company, such as weather, customs inspections, or political unrest.

  5. The customer should inspect the package upon delivery and report any damage or missing items to the shipping company as soon as possible.

  6. Because product is unique handcraft, returns or exchanges are always negotiated by case and are mainly possible concerning warranty.

Where to?

Countries we regularly deliver  to: EU area, UK, US, Canada, UAE Australia, New Zeland, Japan, China and South Korea. If outside these countries, please kindly contact us and we will discuss possibilities.

All orders are shipped from our workshop in Suonenjoki, Finland.

Receiving delivery?

Please note:

  • Always check the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery for external damages before signing the proof of delivery. In case you detect any damage such as dirt, moisture or cuts, ask the driver to log an initial complaint about the issue. If the item has been damaged during transport, please file a freight claim within three days of receiving the order.
  • We recommend that you receive your parcel personally. If you have authorized the courier to leave it in a safe place and it goes missing after delivery, we are not responsible for the loss.

Shipping methods & delivery times?

We offer the following shipping methods:

DHL Express Worldwide

DHL Express Worldwide is one of the fastest shipping option available. When your order has been carved out of stone or wood, DHL delivery is  very fast, but we thank you for honouring the pace of our handcraft as the whole delivery time is 4-8 weeks. The shipping cost and regular custom costs are paid by Kaiut.

You will see the estimated delivery date at checkout. Deliveries are made between Monday to Friday during regular business hours.

Soon after pick-up you will receive an e-mail or text message from DHL with a tracking code and estimated delivery time. By clicking the link in the message, you can choose the best delivery option for you. Delivery can be made to original delivery address, to DHL Service Point or DHL Parcel Lockers, and you can also change the delivery address within the same country.

You will get a notification before delivery and a confirmation once the delivery has been made.

Please note that DHL Express Worldwide is not available for all orders.
